- 1 chicken breast (sliced into 2 thin pieces)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- A little butter for frying
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
- Some red chili sauce
- Some soy sauce
- Garlic powder
- Cornflour for binding
- Bread slices (edges removed, cut in square)
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on chicken slices. Heat butter in a pan and fry both sides until golden. Let it cool and then chop into small pieces.
- Mix chopped chicken, onion, coriander, red chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cornflour. Make small round balls from the mixture.
- Remove brown edges of bread and cut into squares. Wrap each chicken ball inside one bread square and press gently.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the wrapped balls until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or mayo.

- Make sure chicken is completely cooled before chopping to maintain texture
- Press bread gently around chicken balls to ensure proper sealing
- Oil temperature should be medium-high for even golden browning
