Description

  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup pesto sauce (basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil)

Instructions

  1. For Spaghetti Alfredo:
    • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
    • In a saucepan, melt some butter and add minced garlic.
    • Stir in heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
    • Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
    • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  2. For Chicken Fettuccine:
    • Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions.
    • In a skillet, cook the chicken breast until it’s golden and fully cooked.
    • Add garlic and cream to the skillet, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
    • Toss the fettuccine with the chicken and sauce.
  3. For Shrimp Scampi:
    • Cook linguine according to the package instructions.
    • In another skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
    • Add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink.
    • Toss in the cooked linguine and mix well.
  4. For Creamy Pesto Pasta:
    • Cook your favorite pasta shape according to the package instructions.
    • In a bowl, mix pesto sauce with a splash of cream.
    • Drain the pasta and toss it in the pesto cream mixture until coated.
