Description

This One Pan Breakfast Bake is a quick and easy way to enjoy all your favorite breakfast flavors in one dish—crispy bacon, golden hash browns, fluffy eggs, and optional cheese and veggies baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 46 strips of bacon
  • 23 cups of shredded hash browns or hash brown patties
  • 6 large eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet or baking dish, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add the hash browns to the same pan and cook until they start to brown.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Return the bacon to the pan, then pour the egg mixture evenly over the hash browns and bacon.
  6. Top with cheese and vegetables if using.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
