- 1/4 cup psyllium husk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt) in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, apple cider vinegar, and warm water).
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until the dough begins to form. It should be slightly sticky but firm enough to hold its shape.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and transfer it to a lined baking sheet or a loaf pan.
- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb the moisture and firm up the dough.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the loaf for 40-45 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.

- For best results, allow the bread to cool completely before slicing to ensure proper texture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
- This bread can be frozen for longer storage – slice before freezing for convenience.
- For a vegan version, replace eggs with flax eggs (1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water per egg).
