- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 2 tablespoons cashews
- 2 tablespoons hazelnuts
- 7–8 dates
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 80g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1.5 cups warm milk (300ml)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients in a bowl
- Add warm milk (300ml) to the mixture
- Cover the bowl tightly and let sit for 20-25 minutes
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to a container
- Cover surface with plastic wrap, then add lid
- Freeze for 8-10 hours (maximum 24 hours)
- Serve chilled
Notes
- You can make this pudding using only one type of nut if preferred
- Place plastic wrap directly on pudding surface to prevent skin formation
- Don’t freeze for more than 24 hours for best texture
- Can be topped with chopped nuts, berries, or honey
