Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until well mixed, then pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
