Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well mixed, then pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
