Description
A delicious fusion snack featuring paneer strips coated in spicy schezwan mixture, wrapped in boiled noodles and deep-fried to golden perfection. This crispy Indo-Chinese appetizer combines creamy paneer with crunchy noodles for an irresistible treat.
Ingredients
- Paneer – 200g, cut into long strips
- Boiled noodles – 100g
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
- Schezwan chutney – 3-4 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Oil – for deep frying (approximately 500ml)
- Processed cheese – 1/4 cup grated, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix corn flour and schezwan chutney together until well combined.
- Coat the long paneer strips thoroughly in this mixture, ensuring all pieces are well covered.
- Take boiled noodles and carefully wrap each coated paneer piece completely with the noodles.

- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with grated processed cheese while hot and serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure oil temperature is moderate to prevent burning the noodles while ensuring proper cooking
- Don’t skip the corn flour as it helps bind the mixture and creates perfect texture
- Wrap paneer pieces gently but thoroughly with noodles to prevent leakage during frying
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy for best taste
- Perfect as evening snack or party starter
- Can be served with extra schezwan chutney or mint chutney on the side
