Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise, honey, rice vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder to a glass jar with lid
  2. Close the lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined
  3. If any ingredients stick to the glass, use a spoon to stir and incorporate
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter or oil
  5. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble them in the pan until fluffy
  6. Toast the bread slices until golden brown
  7. Spread the white salad dressing on one or both slices of bread
  8. Add the scrambled eggs on top of the dressing
  9. Close the sandwich and serve immediately
