Ingredients

- 2–3 large eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- β teaspoon sesame oil
- β teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Add mayonnaise, honey, rice vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder to a glass jar with lid
- Close the lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined
- If any ingredients stick to the glass, use a spoon to stir and incorporate
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter or oil
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble them in the pan until fluffy
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown
- Spread the white salad dressing on one or both slices of bread
- Add the scrambled eggs on top of the dressing
- Close the sandwich and serve immediately
Notes
- The white salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week
- Make the dressing the night before for quicker morning preparation
- Feel free to add lettuce, tomato, or bacon for extra flavor and texture
