Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and slice into thin, even rounds
  2. Finely chop the onion and fresh parsley leaves
  3. Mix turmeric powder, red pepper powder, cinnamon powder, and salt in a small bowl
  4. Heat oil in a large pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C)
  5. Pat potato slices dry with paper towels
  6. Fry potato slices in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch
  7. Remove chips and drain on paper towels
  8. While still warm, sprinkle with spice mixture, chopped onions, and parsley
  9. Toss gently to coat evenly and serve immediately
