  • 2 peppers (any color), sliced
  • 250ml cream
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Rice for serving (basmati or jasmine recommended)
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and nearly done, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lower heat slightly and add diced onion, cooking until translucent.
  5. Add peppers and minced garlic, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes until peppers begin to soften.
  6. Pour in the cream and add paprika, curry powder, and chili (if using).
  7. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld and sauce to thicken slightly.
  8. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
  10. Serve the creamy chicken over a bed of rice.
