Description
Delightful cookie dough pops that combine the nostalgic taste of raw cookie dough with a rich chocolate coating, served on convenient cake pop sticks for a fun and portable treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 12–15 cake pop sticks
- 12 oz baking chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
Instructions
- Melt your baking chocolate carefully using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently to avoid breaking its temper.
- Roll your cookie dough into uniform balls using a small cookie scoop for best results.
- Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into the cookie dough ball to create a strong bond.
- Dip each cookie dough pop into the melted chocolate to coat completely, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place chocolate-coated pops on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Keep cookie dough cold but not frozen for easier rolling and shaping
- If dough becomes too soft while working, refrigerate for a few minutes
- Don’t rush the chocolate melting process for best results
- Consider adding a pinch of sea salt to chocolate for extra flavor
- Store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to one week
