Instructions
- In a skillet, cook your choice of meat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add hash browns and cook until crispy.
- Whisk the eggs and cook them in the skillet until fluffy.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- To assemble, add a layer of cooked meat, crispy hash browns, fluffy eggs, and cheese to each tortilla.
- Drizzle with homemade sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
- Serve warm immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm.
