Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well mixed.
- Stir in the shredded potatoes, ham, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until everything is combined.
- Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
